HEATHER COOTE, MPH, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the George Washington University and her Masters of Public Health from Emory University. Ms. Coote currently serves as a communications and organizational change management consultant where she is responsible for the strategy and execution of a variety of contracts providing support to the client organization. She has direct experience working with the Federal government and private organizations. In both sectors, she has played an advisory role to develop and implement action initiatives and streamline recommendations in the areas of policy and procedures. Through the critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple stakeholders, she provides guidance and recommendations to clients facing challenges with the development change solutions and redefinition of accountabilities and support systems.
